Al Mahara is an exquisite pop up of Capri’s Two-Michelin star ‘Ristorante L’Olivo’ – where Italian culinary magic meets the flavours of the sea!

We are looking for Italian speakers who are energetic, focused on delivering expectation customer service and eager to grow their careers in the hospitality industry. We will provide all the necessary training to meet the Burj Al Arab standards hence previous hospitality experience is desired but not required. If you want to be the best, why not learn form the best!

We have vacancies available for an Assistant Manager (Sommelier wine specialist), Guest Service Agents/Team leaders, Waiters, Bartenders and Hostesses.
