A reputable restaurant in the Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, is seeking a Restaurant Floor Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise restaurant floor operations and ensure smooth service delivery.

Train, guide, and monitor restaurant staff to maintain high standards.

Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

Ensure adherence to health, hygiene, and safety standards.

Monitor inventory, report shortages, and assist in ordering supplies.

Prepare daily reports and maintain operational records.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field.

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in restaurant supervision or floor management.

Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations.
