Fleet Operations Supervisor/Manager - Dubai

We are urgently looking for a Fleet Operations Supervisor/Manager responsible for managing the efficient operation and coordination of vehicle fleets and dispatch activities in the fruits and vegetables trading sector.
Duties:-
• Plan, schedule, and oversee vehicle assignments based on orders received for the day.
• Supervise drivers for timely and efficient service delivery.
• Optimize routing strategies to reduce costs and improve operations.
• Maintain accurate operational records, including trip logs and driver hours.
• Oversee dispatch operations, addressing delays, breakdowns, and emergencies as needed.
• Manage vehicle maintenance schedules, repairs, damages and inspections
• Ensure compliance with UAE transportation laws, safety standards, and company policies.
• Provide daily updates to the manager regarding fleet and dispatch activities.
Eligibility Requirements:-
• Work experience: Minimum 1 year in fleet management, logistics, or dispatch - operations with strong supervisory and operations management skills.
• UAE Driving License is a must
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
• Availability to handle urgent situations beyond regular hours.
