Financial Controller Required in Dubai

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

Develop, implement, and monitor the financial plans and budgets of the organization, providing analysis and recommendations to improve profitability and manage risk

Financial Reporting:

Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders, including financial statements, management reports, and regulatory filings

Cash Flow Management:

Manage the organization's cash flow, forecasting, and monitoring cash flow requirements to ensure sufficient liquidity and timely payment of debts

Risk Management:

Identify and manage financial risks, including credit risk, market risk, and operational risk, ensuring that appropriate controls are in place to mitigate these risks

Taxation:

Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations, managing the tax planning and reporting processes for the organizations

Accounting Operations:

Oversee the accounting operations of the organization, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions

Audit and Compliance:

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and external regulatory requirements, along with managing the audit processes

Financial Strategy:

Work with senior management to design and develop financial strategies that support the long-term goals of the organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

Chartered Accountant (CA) with around 8-10 years of relevant experience
Prior experience working in a manufacturing concern, especially dealing with diary/FMCG products, is mandatory
