Finance Analyst Required in Dubai
Summary of Position:-

The Finance Analyst will play a crucial role in driving profitability and optimizing financial performance by providing insights and analysis related to pricing, trade spend (budgeting and ROI analysis), brand profitability, customer and channel profitability, and ICS reporting. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams and contribute to strategic decision making.

Responsibilities:-

Trade Spend Management & Profitability Analysis

Prepare yearly budget during the planning process by working closely with Sales, Marketing and Distributor partners for KSA & UAE.
Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and manage monthly trade spend budgets, ensuring effective allocation of funds and monitoring against targets to ensure no overspends vs plan.
Drive enhancements for trade spend effectiveness, through analyzing the ROI of key trade activities.
Prepare quarterly profitability reports at a customer, channel, brand and SKU level, and identify drivers of Gross Margin expansion.

Pricing

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and consumer behavior to recommend optimal pricing strategies.
Create and manage the price build process with cross-functional team and external trade partners.

Sales Analysis

Provide monthly reporting of In Country Sales for top markets including comments on the drivers of performance.
Deep dive into monthly Gross Sales, including variance analysis by market, brand and core SKUs.

Requirements:-

BA/BS Degree in Finance / Economics / Accounting / Business.
3-4 years of experience in a related field.
Must have excellent skill level in Excel, good presentation skills, good understanding of Management Accounting.
Must have excellent teamwork, collaboration and organization skills. Must possess high quality level of curiosity, initiative taking, status quo challenging, conflict resolution, sensemaking in ambiguous situations.
Must demonstrate potential for growth and a high sense of responsibility.
