A well-established Dubai-based I.T. company, having a presence across GCC/MENA for its Enterprise Software Solutions/ERP products, is looking for experienced, vibrant, talented aggressive female Telemarketing Executive cum Administrators to support Our Sales and Business Development, team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

1. Preferred female candidates should be well-spoken, energetic, performance-driven, and multi-tasking while fully confident in building new client relationships and generating sales leads consistently for the Sales and Business Development team.

2. Any Graduate/B.E./B. Tech/M.B.A. candidates with basic I.T. Knowledge and strong Telephone manners(telemarketing experience in B2B environment) are preferred

JOB DESCRIPTION(SUMMARY OF WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES):

1. Ideal candidates should be aggressive in tele-calling/Email marketing/social media know-how for lead generation and building a potential prospect pipeline for the sales team.

2. Highly Proactive in identifying opportunities in a B2B environment, generating leads and maintaining progressive follow-ups with prospective clients, and fix consistently appointments and meetings for the Sales and Business Development team.

3. Persuasive Tele-calling skills in a challenging B2B scenario, probing relevant questions to understand customer's requirements/needs and thereby suggesting relevant solutions by offering company products and solutions and thereby creating meeting and appointments opportunity for the sales team.

4. Coordinating all relevant paperwork, proposal preparation, progressive follow-up of quotations, and all other sales and marketing-related activities.

5. Keep a record of all calls, potential leads, meetings, and appointment details in company CRM and maintain the database.

6. Maintain all Sales records and actively contribute to achieving sales targets.
