We are looking for a Company Accountant to assist in the financial decision making of the company and be a voice close to the CEO. The role would suit someone with hands-on approach that is looking for a varied role, ranging from budgeting and forecasting to bookkeeping and reporting.

You will provide us with accurate quantitative information on financial positions, liquidity and cash flows of our business, while ensuring we’re compliant with all tax regulations. Incentives for introducing cost cutting methods that improve the bottom line.

As the company accountant, you will be responsible for leading all financial and accounting tasks within the company. This includes, but is not limited to:

Managing the company's financial records and ensuring that they are accurate and up-to-date
Preparing financial reports for management, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow
Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures
Overseeing the company's accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Managing payroll and benefits for employees
Reconciling bank statements
Handling tax preparation and filing for the company
Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
Managing the annual audit process
Chasing payments from clients in a timely and professional manner
Issuing invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner
Manage company payroll and visa process for new staff members
Manage recruiter commissions/team bonus structure

To be considered for the position of company accountant, candidates should have the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
Strong background in accounting and financial management
Proficiency with financial software and systems
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Well-organized with the ability to manage time effectively
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping

Preference may be given to candidates who have a professional accounting designation, such as a CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or who have relevant work experience in a similar role.
