Manage incoming emails & calls.
Identify & assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships & trust with customer through open and interactive communication.
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within a given time frame.
Engage with customers professionally in order to achieve customer satisfaction.
Follow up to ensure resolution on complaints.
Offer customer support on our upcoming "web live chat" (General or Product Related)

Qualifications

Must speak /type/listen fluent Mandarin
Only for join immediately can apply
Good knowledge in computer skills
2 Work shift ( 8 am - 8 pm /8 pm - 8 am)
2 days off per month
Visa, medical insurance, fly tickets, dorm, meals and transportation provide by company
