Role Description

Four Elements Landscaping is seeking a Full-time Business Development Officer for its Manama location. The Business Development Officer will be responsible for researching and identifying new business opportunities, creating and implementing plans to increase revenue, and maintaining positive relationships with existing clients. This is an On-site role.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business development or sales role
Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as a team player
Strong analytical and research skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
Experience in the landscaping or construction industry is a plus
