Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and managing the sales process from beginning to end. This role is located in Dubai but has flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and sales skills
Ability to understand and analyze market trends and client needs
Experience in business development and sales
Experience in the recruitment, HR, or career services industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
