Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated business development specialist to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the F&B sector, with a particular focus on fresh produce (fruits and vegetables) and organic/healthy packaged items. He will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the market and driving sales growth. This role offers excellent growth opportunities and a competitive sales commission scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the fresh produce and organic/healthy packaged items sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hotels, restaurants, hypermarkets, and other distribution channels.
Identify and target new business opportunities, fostering partnerships and expanding our customer base.
Utilize excellent knowledge of e-commerce and multi-channel sales management to optimize online and offline sales channels.
Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently delivering outstanding results.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the CEO and senior management.
Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify potential growth areas.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in the F&B sector, with a focus on fresh produce and organic/healthy packaged items.
Strong network and contacts within the hospitality industry, including hotels and restaurants.
Excellent knowledge of distribution channels, including hypermarkets and e-commerce platforms.
Demonstrated success in sales and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in using sales software and tools.
Flexibility to work full-time, part-time, or remotely.
