Business Development Manager Required in Dubai

We are seeking experienced Business Development Managers to join our dynamic International team across Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangkok, Mainland China and Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with partners/brokers in the respective office and region, identifying new leads, building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients and suppliers, and working with internal and external parties to provide excellent customer service to existing and potential buyers.

Responsibilities

Building and maintaining relationships with our partners/brokers in the region
Identifying new leads, building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients and partners/brokers
Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities
Working with internal and external parties to provide excellent customer service to existing and potential buyers
Assist with marketing and organising company events
Assisting brokers with their appointments with potential buyers in the office
Assisting with UK sales teams in progressing sales where required
Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
Sourcing new opportunities, identify and establish new business partnerships
Ad hoc duties as assigned by the Company

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum 3 years Business development experience, preferably in Real Estate and other relevant industries such as hospitality and luxury retail
A clear understanding of real estate or luxury markets
Excellent spoken and written English, with Turkish or Arabic language is preferred
Ability to build a rapport with senior managers/ directors as well as partners from all levels
Ability to adapt approach for maximum conversion
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Strong negotiation and objection handling skills
Passionate about real estate, highly-motivated and adaptable
Strong work ethics and a great team player
Frequent traveling will be required, across the MEA and India region as well as the United Kingdom
