Business Development Officer Required in Dubai

● Research, collect and analyze data from various sources to develop leads and recommendations.

● Work closely with CRM integration, business listings & developments. Should be ready for any ad hoc by the manager.

● Continuously monitor market trends to identify new opportunities.

● Create reports and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations.

● Handling communication and correspondence- The officer is responsible for reaching out to potential businesses and clients and providing excellent customer service.

● Build relationships with prospective clients and develop an understanding of their business needs.

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of new users and service providers registering on the platform.

● Preparing social media monthly calendar in accordance with the marketing objectives & in alignment with each platform.

● Managing the daily social media posts.

● Community management on all platforms. Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts. Agency experience is a plus.

● Proficiency in using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, CRMs (Zoho) and all social media platforms.
