Responsibilities

Business Development:

Identify and target potential clients to expand our client base.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.

Client Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Regularly engage with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

Recruitment Knowledge:

Understanding of the recruitment process and the staffing industry.
Ability to comprehend and address client staffing needs effectively.

Lead Generation:

Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, and other proactive strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.

Sales Presentations and Negotiations:

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate terms and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Requirements

Proven experience in business development and account management.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Prior experience working in a Consulting or Staffing is mandatory.
Demonstrated success in client retention, business development, and revenue growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
