Business Development Manager Required in Dubai

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

· Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and maintaining customer satisfaction

· Conduct research to identify new potential market opportunities and customer needs
· Actively run daily sales calls & arrange business meetings with prospective clients
· Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

· Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

· Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
· Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
· Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
· Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives
· Increase the business volume & value of current customers while attracting new ones
· Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events
· Develop quotes and proposals for clients
· Prepare Product Presentation and sales pitch documents

The Profile:

· Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role
· Proven sales track record in B2B and special projects sales
· Experience in customer support is a plus
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)·

· Proficiency in English, while Arabic is a major plus.
· B2B Market knowledge
· Communication and negotiation skills

· Team player with strong social skills Ability to build rapport with clients, and colleagues
· Presentation and reporting skills

· Time management and planning skills
· UAE Driving License and owning a car is a must
