Business Development Manager Required in Dubai

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join one of our clients in Dubai. The ideal candidate is a sales-driven individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for generating new business by identifying potential customers and promoting our moving services. You will also maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and contacting potential customers
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting our moving services
Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
Collaborate with other departments, including Operations and Marketing, to ensure customer satisfaction and company success
Convert leads to sales

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales & business development, preferably in the moving industry or related field
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service
Self-motivated and driven to succeed
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
