Business Development Manager Required in Dubai
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our fabulous team in our Dubai office.

The successful candidate should have an existing database of clients from the government/semi-government/ luxury industry in the UAE.

You will be responsible for developing, maintaining and fulfilling a strong business pipeline with new prospects for the agency. You will be identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and helping our company grow by expanding our portfolio.

Meet KPI’s quarterly that will look at:
· Number of contacts secured and introductions
· RFP’s received and responded
· Revenue target

Pipeline Development
Developing and maintaining a solid pipeline of opportunities and clients.
Using the agencies credentials in some industries' to unlock more opportunities horizontally.
Engaging cold clients in newly identified verticals that support the agencies goals.
Working with marketing and strategy teams to distribute materials, work and updates to warm leads in order to drive the sales funnel.
Identifying new portals and vendor lists that MCH Global can be listed on.
Processing the applications and maintain our profile, reviewing leads and checking on the platforms for opportunities.
Securing and review RFP’s from vendors and portals.
Regional travel as needed in order to build a pipeline – GCC region incl. Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
Planning and executing client outreach, in the realm of entertainment or casual engagement (F&B, meetings) and driving opportunities for mgmt. to engage with key stakeholders (c-suite) at target new clients.
Keeping tracker of opportunities realised and the outcome (Pitched, Declined, Lost, Won)

To apply for this role, you MUST have/be:
- Minimum 5 years of Business Development experience in the UAE with monthly/quarterly revenue targets that you have to achieve.
- Currently based in the UAE.
- Have strong relationships with luxury brands/ Semi-government/government clients in the UAE.
- An excellent command of the English language.
- Arabic language would be a plus.

Remuneration: Fixed monthly salary ( < 35,000) + Commission
