The Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:

Business development and working with the management of the company to generate new leads and servicing existing leads. This includes pitching for events for both private and government clients in Dubai.
Meeting and gathering information from clients and working alongside the events team to conceptualize and propose themes, ideas and technologies for events.
The preparation of pitches, tenders’ submissions, and presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint in collaboration with Event Designers, 3D visualizers, suppliers and the management’s input.
Developing event budgets for turn-key events with the support of the production team and 3rd Party Suppliers
Overseeing events handled, monitoring progress during build-phase, and ensuring client satisfaction during and post event.

Be meticulously organized and able to coordinate, prioritize and complete multiple projects at once
Be highly detail oriented with a sharp eye
Demonstrate professional communication with superior stakeholder management skills
Be results-oriented and have outstanding problem-solving skills
Have a passion for the events environment and the latest trends and technologies
Flexibility and willingness to work long hours and weekends when necessary

Eligibility:
To be successful in this role you will have:
Willingness to travel and work on weekends and long hours
Minimum 4-5 years events experience with relevant degree or equivalent
Strong record of achievement in current position
Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is essential
Valid UAE Driver's License
