Business Development Manager Required in Dubai

Reporting directly to the CEO, propel your business development career with this exciting role.

In this role, you have the drive, experience and autonomy to spearhead a pipeline of clients and expand the agency’s client base.

Who you are

· A seasonsed business development or sales manager with at least 5 years of experience

· A motivated go-getter who can secure leads and turn them into new accounts

· You’re a natural when it comes to building relationships and getting to the bottom of business needs

· You independently maintain a personal pipeline of leads, including researching potential clients to nurturing and converting existing leads

· Take ownership of your remit as if it was your own business

· Develop faultless proposals to brief, filled with big ideas and insights

· Experienced in confidently delivering presentations to prospective clients with no supervision

· Lead discovery calls for new clients to onboard and introduce the account team

· Strong oral and written command of English for presentations and proposals

· Act as a trustworthy and reliable representative of the agency, attending networking events

· An understanding of Public Relations desirable, but not essential

· Experience in the luxury and hospitality sector desirable
