We are looking for a Dubai based Business Development Manager to join our Enterprise Sales Team.

You will report directly to the Head of Sales, Middle East.

Responsibilities:

Research and generate new business opportunities for the Company focused on MENA.
Understand target market, define correct contacts and be creative on approach.
Own the development of your sales pipeline, exploring both existing markets and new opportunities.
Deliver and exceed your KPI’s and sales targets.
Report on all activity in the CRM.
Conduct cold calls, emails and follow up on marketing-generated leads.
Collaborate with colleagues across the business as required to share leads and opportunities.
Represent the company at relevant industry events and conferences as required, including participating as a speaker or moderator.

Experience required:

Experience working in Business Development having the ownership of the end-to-end sales process and working towards targets.
Experience of working within the SaaS space in a similar role or the technology markets.
Commercially astute in the production of proposals following set criteria.
Business Cultures and traditions of Middle East.
Experience in negotiating a variety of sales situations of high net value.
Experience of working within a sales focused environment and working towards targets.
Strong existing hospitality network of contacts.

Knowledge:

Strong knowledge of the hospitality sector with a focus on big operators, restaurants, and hotels.
A good knowledge of Hospitality Management Solutions is valuable.
