We are looking to become the reference in distribution of personal care, beauty & cosmetics products in the UAE online and offline in beauty salon, spas, hotels, beauty retailers etc. We have a very good opportunity to achieve this by being the only company in the UAE licensed to sell CBD products. We strongly believe the CBD trend in the UAE will follow a similar high-growth path like in the US and Europe. We are looking for someone to share our vision with and help establish ourselves as the market leader in this segment once and for all.

Role:

We are looking for an established professional with significant knowledge and an existing client database within the beauty, cosmetics, hospitality, spa, hotels channels.

You have a great track record of developing successful business relationships and prospecting new clients to sell consumer goods products. You have strong presentation skills, and a strong ambition to achieve results.

The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. Previous experience in both related fields is required, and you would be working directly with the directors/owners of this business in an office in Trade Centre 1 area in Dubai full time 10am-7pm 5 days/week.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Developing and converting new clients within the channels of hospitality: Hotels, spas, massage centres, beauty/health retail stores and clinics.
Responsible for expanding our partnerships and maintaining existing relationships with prospects and clients.
To create opportunities and find new channels to grow and develop brand penetration within UAE.
To support clients by defining with them a trade marketing plan, promotion plan and activation plan to build long-lasting relationships and increase sales performance.
To support clients through staff training and products explanation.
Attending relevant networking & industry events to build new leads & opportunities.
To constantly analyse and review emerging trends and market movement to identify potential revenue streams or opportunities
To monitor and analyse markets and to understand market trends and future client demands
Manage the daily functions of the business with a 360° approach in marketing, sales, finance & logistic.
Prepare quarterly performance reviews and revaluate processes.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2 - 5 years prior business development/operations experience in the consumer goods and/or hospitality sector.
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational, communication and multitasking skills.
Comfort working with multiple groups within the business.
Arabic speaker is preferred but not mandatory.
