To continue to drive this growth, we are looking to expand our sales team and appoint a new Business Development Executive to join our fast-growing organization.

Job Description

The Business Development Executive role is focused purely on generating new business for the company from across a wide range of verticles.

We have a global suite of products that can be used by businesses to reward their employees or customers.

The role requires the development and management of a significant prospect list and converting them into new business.

Key Responsibilities

Creating and managing an active prospect list
Creating proposals
Signing agreements with new customers
Identifying new product and service opportunities and contributing to strategic projects
Liaising with internal stakeholders such as partnerships, IT, Operations, and Finance.
Working inclusively with the Operations team to ensure clients are well served.
Developing a good knowledge of our products and services
Ensuring that you are aware and familiar with all policies and procedures.

Skills & Experience

Proven track record as a Business Development, B2B Sales Manager, or similar role.
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Competent in MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
