The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development
Identify new clients and the decision-makers within targeted organizations - Developers, SMEs, MNC Investors, service providers, and affiliated financial sector companies, corporates, family offices, real estate companies, and REITs and Holding companies.
Prospect for new clients by networking, and other means of generating interest to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Develop high-standard pitches in collaboration with the Heads of Department and the marketing team.
Facilitate meetings between Client decision-makers and the company’s Heads of Department.
Strategic planning is a key element of the role, as it is the BDM’s responsibility to develop the pipeline of new business for the company. This requires a thorough knowledge of the real estate market, the solutions/services that HQ can provide, and the company’s competitors.
Client Retention
Maintain a good relationship with the client portfolio.
Present new services and enhance existing relationships.
Work with Senior Management and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
Business Development Planning
Attend industry functions, such as networking events, association events, and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and emerging trends.
Present to and consult with mid and senior-level management on business trends with a view to developing new service channels leading to an increase in fee/turnover.
More workshops with RERA to understand new developments in the real estate market and be the first service provider in the market to fulfill those requirements.
Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
Scheduling of the meetings: 2 - 3 confirmed schedules on a weekly basis with coordination of the HOD.
Follow up on the existing proposals work with existing clients and source new business opportunities.
Management and Research
Submit twice-monthly progress reports to the Managing Partner and Business Development Director ensuring data is accurate.
Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet the targets.
Work with marketing staff to ensure that prerequisites (like pre-qualification or getting on a client list) are fulfilled within a timely manner
Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company’s people and capabilities.
Understand the company’s goal and purpose so to enhance the company’s performance.
Requirements
Proven 3years minimum experience as a Business Development or relevant role in UAE Real Estate/ Facility Management/ Banking.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
Driving License
