Responsibilities:

As the Business Development Director, your key responsibilities will include:

Identifying new business opportunities and market segments within the UAE and the wider MENA region.
Developing and executing forward-thinking business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
Building and nurturing strategic partnerships to enhance our position in the market.
Leading and inspiring a high-performing team, setting sales targets, and ensuring they are consistently met or exceeded.
Leveraging your expertise in AV, System, and IT Integration to create innovative, tailored solutions for our clients.
Providing cross-functional leadership, collaborating with various departments to ensure successful project execution.
Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the company.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred).
Eight or more years of experience in the AV Integration, System Integration, and IT Integration industry, with a strong focus on the UAE market.
A proven track record of successful business development, including exceeding sales targets.
Certification as a Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or equivalent.
Certification as a Professional Certified Marketer (PCM) or equivalent.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
Cross-cultural proficiency and knowledge of the business landscape in the UAE.
A passion for innovation and a proactive problem-solving approach.
A deep understanding of AV and Media technology trends and emerging market dynamics in the UAE.

Business Development Experience: Several years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
