I'm partnered with a leading technology provider who is considered one of the best IT, Security, Datacentres, Infrastructure and AI Software engineering companies. My client is trusted to execute large projects for government and military across the private sector - they are able to craft top-tier solutions tailored to each unique scenario.

My client is looking for an experienced BDM to join the team in Abu Dhabi who will play a pivotal role in driving growth and building lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities with both existing and new customer in the Public sector.
Consistently meet and exceed targets.
Attend industry, social, and non-profit events to build relationships and identify new opportunities.
Help the pre-sales engineering department with the arrangement of business development meetings with prospective clients.
Intro the company into new accounts and assist pre-sales with onboarding pre-qualification.
Identify customer requirements, determine the best solution, present proposals, and ensure customer concurrence throughout the entire implementation process to support successful closing of the sales cycle.
Attend vendor technical trainings to speak confidently on complex solutions.
Conduct technical needs assessments with clients, perform gap analysis, find their needs, set the approach strategy, and lead technical discussions with vendors.

Requirements

YOU MUST HAVE.. previous experience selling a diverse portfolio of Security, ELV, Infrastructure and AI software (Solutions & Services).
You must have knowledge of all infrastructure domains, including data centers, networks, storage, servers, service monitoring, and end-user computing.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to effectively close sales.
Arabic speaker is preferred.
