Billing Specialist - Dubai

Magna Legal Services is looking for a dedicated Billing Specialist to join our team and manage the legal services billing process with precision and professionalism. Magna Legal Services provides comprehensive legal support to law firms, corporations, and government agencies nationwide, giving clients strategic advantages at every stage of their legal proceedings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, review, and submit invoices for legal services following client-specific billing guidelines.
• Monitor and resolve billing discrepancies, rejected invoices, and client inquiries in a timely manner.
• Utilize e-billing platforms such as Legal Tracker, CounselLink, LegaX, and others to submit and track invoices.
• Ensure compliance with both internal policies and client requirements throughout the billing process.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency across all invoicing activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address billing issues and provide administrative support as needed.
Required Qualifications:
• 1–3+ years of experience in legal billing or professional services billing.
• Proficiency with legal billing software and e-billing platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of client e-billing platforms and billing compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with legal terminology, ABA billing codes, and LEDES formats.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Compensation:
• $18.00 - $23.00 per hour, determined based on experience, qualifications, certifications, performance, and other relevant factors.
