Accounts Receivable Specialist - Dubai

Concentric is seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Corporate team in Kirkland, with the flexibility to work remotely within the United States. Concentric is a global risk consultancy powered by experts from military, government, and intelligence backgrounds, providing strategic security and intelligence services to private clients and corporations worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather all necessary information to produce customer invoices and prepare monthly billing.
• Verify accuracy of data entered in the accounting system to ensure precise invoicing.
• Follow up with customers to collect revenue and issue reminders as needed.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, issuing debit or credit memos as required.
• Support 1099 vendor management including onboarding, compliance tracking, and ongoing communication.
• Enter vendor information into the accounting system.
• Process vendor invoices, verify transactions, prepare disbursements, and obtain payment approvals.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely and accurate billing.
• Provide general administrative support to the accounting team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Sage Intacct.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience in full-cycle bookkeeping.
