We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team in Dubai. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment. The role includes taking customer orders, recommending menu items, operating coffee machines and other equipment, and ensuring consistency in taste and presentation. The ideal candidate should have prior experience as a Barista or in a similar role, strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, good communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude. Passion for coffee and hospitality is essential. This is a full-time position based in Dubai.
