Application Administration / Support - Dubai

We are looking for a hands-on Application Administrator / Support professional to join a money-exchange team in Dubai. The role focuses on day-to-day application support, troubleshooting backend issues, and ensuring smooth operation of the company’s transaction systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical and application support for financial services systems used in the money-exchange environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to .NET applications and SQL databases, including error diagnosis and incident resolution.
• Support daily operational workflows to ensure transaction systems remain available and performant.
• Liaise with stakeholders and end-users to gather issue details, communicate status, and confirm resolution.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in IT/Application Support.
• Practical knowledge of .NET frameworks and SQL database management and troubleshooting.
• Prior exposure to the financial services or money-exchange industry is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
