Boon Coffee Roastery is expanding and seeking a warm, organized Admin & Customer Service Personnel to join our Dubai team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys face-to-face and online customer interactions, handles administrative duties with care, and helps create memorable experiences for every guest.
What You’ll Do:
• Be the first point of contact for customers — respond to enquiries in-person and online with professionalism and friendliness.
• Manage administrative tasks accurately, including record-keeping, scheduling, and basic office duties.
• Support daily operations and coordinate across departments to ensure smooth service flow.
• Deliver exceptional service and assist in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication skills — English required, Arabic a plus.
• Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Previous experience in administration or customer service is preferred.
• A genuine passion for coffee and hospitality is a significant advantage.
