We are looking for a hands-on Housekeeping Coordinator to support daily housekeeping operations at our Dubai property. The ideal candidate will ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet high standards of cleanliness and maintenance, organize staff schedules efficiently, and work closely with other departments to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and supervise daily housekeeping activities to uphold cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Manage housekeeping staff schedules and assign workflows to meet occupancy and service needs.
• Liaise with other departments (e.g., maintenance, front office, food & beverage) to resolve requests and ensure seamless guest service.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines and report maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly.
• Conduct inspections and provide feedback to housekeeping staff to maintain consistent quality.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Relevant experience in housekeeping coordination or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Familiarity with hospitality housekeeping standards and procedures.
