Exciting new opportunity with Watchbox awaits a driven detail-oriented Accounts Officer who will be responsible to provide support in management of all accounting, reporting and banking activities of the JV, in line with company’s policies, procedures and practices on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling the vendor invoice by booking and archiving the invoice digitally and hard copy on daily basis.
Monthly reconciliation of Accounts payable and bank accounts.
Preparation of the debit note, credit note.
Preparation of LPO.
Payment processing to the vendor and posting in the system as and when required.
Fortnightly recording bank and credit card account activities to the GL.
Support with daily Sales invoice booking.
Petty Cash expenses booking and cash handling.
Maintaining fixed asset register.
Working closely with operation team for repair cost and freight charges monitoring and booking.

In order to be successful in this role, you should have:

3-5 years of job-related experience.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
Good communication skills.
Experience in retail industry is preferred.
Strong technical and analytical skills.
