Tax & Compliance Manager Required in Dubai

The Tax and Compliance Manager is one of the most impactful roles in our company and we take great pride in the quality of team members that hold this role. With a proper control and high organizational skills, the Tax and Compliance Manager will be responsible for all types of local and international tax planning and compliance.

Primary responsibilities

Leading the overall tax compliance and implement relevant policies and procedures
Develop an appropriate operating model including specific policies for the group, both in the UAE and in overseas territories
Liaise with the tax authorities and work with the Finance team regarding all tax-related queries
Prepare and filing of the periodic tax returns for all geographical units in a timely manner
Contribute to the development of tax awareness throughout the group and liaise with other business functions in order to ensure maximum compliance
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of department

Requirements

Extensive practical knowledge of GCC and MENA tax laws
Clear communicator and effective implementer
Professional accounting/tax qualification
5+ years of proven track record as a tax specialist or manager at any reputable firm or corporate organization
