Must have SAP experience.

Overseeing accounting activities within the respective business unit.

Analyze fund requests and manage fund distributions.
Planning resource allocation on a day to day basis and prioritizing tasks Assisting in financial audits
Manage and reconcile Fund Margin requirements with both the Customers and the Administrator
Train and supervise Account Management team on internal software applications, preparation processes and conference tasks and responsibilities.
Control cost overruns in the department
Establish strong internal controls in line with the approved policies
Maintain P&L and Balance Sheet reconciliations
Booking of Incomes, Expenses in relevant BU / Cost Centers
Perform analysis and reporting for critical decision-making purposes.
Respond to Auditor inquiries and prepare financial statements required for auditing
Reconciliation of trades with brokers and recording them in Matrix
Assist in streamlining of BHF processes
Assisting with OTC and Loan operations and settlements
Provide cover in the production of EOD trade, settlements, holdings and cash utilization reporting
SAP CTRM / ERP
Help in MBR reporting
Liaise with BUs for trade reporting and reconciliations
