Accountant (6 months contract) Required in Dubai

Should be well versed in real estate CAPEX project/payable accounting;
Supports daily invoice and payment processing function;
Performs timely and accurate recognition of project capital expenditures;
Reconcile accounts payable transactions, prepare analysis of accounts, monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date;
Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records
Performs monthly closing activities;
Provides support as appropriate to key stakeholders, finance/accounting and external customers including auditors;
Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues;
Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Basic level user for Oracle
Ability to adapt to shifting and competing priorities;
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
Attention to detail and deadline-oriented.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience. Preferably qualified (CA/ACCA)
