Accountant Required in Dubai

We are seeking an experienced Indian male Accountant with 2–3 years of proven experience in the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the company’s financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial statements, ledgers, and records.

Handle accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Monitor cash flow and manage budgeting processes.

Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and other regulatory requirements.

Support audits and liaise with external auditors.

Assist management with financial analysis and cost control.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

2–3 years of accounting experience in the real estate industry.

Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP/SAP or similar).

Strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards and VAT regulations.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
