There are many web designers out there, but not all are equal. This opportunity is available for a creative candidate who can dream up clean, modern website designs and bring them to life with HTML, CSS, and Javascript/jQuery.

We are not looking for just anyone who has built a website, we are looking for someone who can see the big picture. Communicating effectively with different departments, recognizing their needs, solving problems, and staying up to date with the ever-changing world of website technology is a must.

There will be NO boredom here. Our candidate will work on a variety of projects with our team of talented backend developers to devise a website concept from scratch or willingly jump into an existing project as required, resulting in a functional online work of art.

He will need to have an eye for the ARTS. Preferably with a talent in photography, image / video editing is required, as part of the job after the website has been launched is to make sure that the site makes money – by continuously helping to create social media contents and doing SEO. He will responsible for ensuring that our deliverables reflect creative work of the highest caliber — from concept development through production. As a member of our world-class team you will show a strong design background in a variety of mediums / disciplines with an intense drive to learn more and do more to be the best. We want you to own the project, make it yours and ensure it gets delivered on time and on budget.

He will directly report to the Chief Digital Officer, but will in most cases, coordinate directly with the Managing Director also, as the candidate must learn how to ‘pick the brains’ of the management to come up with creative ideas for the brand. Therefore you, he must communicate with clarity and effectiveness.

In this role, you will operate as a skilled designer, developer and endpoint producer. You will be responsible for developing WordPress-based websites, working closely with our Product Team to design and develop custom websites and other online solutions for our clients,

Other Responsibilities

Concept exploration, including mood boards, drawing, sketching, analyzing markets and competitors, conducting design research and executing the concept into a refined delivery for client presentation.

Work in a variety of mediums and disciplines including branding, graphic design, interactive design, user experience – and have a desire to make THIS design project better than the last.
Work closely with the development team as necessary, to ensure proper implementation of designs and creative functionality to ensure adequate retention of user experience.
Work directly with creative director, project managers, user experience leads, and technical leads on assigned projects.
