Requirements:

Hardware and software configuration, knowledge about hardware and software configuration for servers, networks, computers, and peripherals
Problem-solving skills - IT specialists troubleshoot networks, computers, and devices,
Time management - coordinate duties and responsibilities to effectively prioritize and manage their own schedules
Information security - extensive familiarity with information security practices and procedures to protect organization data from intrusion or corruption
Communication skills - effective written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

Install and Configure Networks
Manage Databases
Provide User Support
Manage Information Security
Coordinate with IT service providers
Ensure that all the company IT related issues are functioning
Attend to Troubleshoot Systems and Hardware
Attend to technical issues related to the organization apps, domains or accounts such as but not limited to website, lnstagram account, Linked inn account and others.
Ensure, report and propose solutions to all the companies software and hard ware capability
Install programs, Configure networks and databases,
Provide assistance to end users.
