Head of IT Required in Dubai
We are looking for a well-rounded Head of IT who has vast experience in Infrastructure, Network Security, IT Operations, GRC, and Change Management. You will be responsible for managing large IT projects for a growing company with international operations.

Responsibilities

Advanced experience of server/network design and configurations/Firewalls/Domain/Data Centres/infrastructure & systems/Security/Governance & Compliance.
Managing the IT Operations for a company of significant size (150+), with hands-on experience in the daily operations and continuous improvements of the IT Infrastructure, Network Assets, Systems, Solutions, and Security Solutions.
An expert on drafting and launching policies and procedures around IT Compliance, Risk Management Frameworks, and Change Management.
Setting up servers, data centre infrastructure, virtual and physical security.
Leading experience in the design and implementation related to business continuity and disaster recovery.
Exceptionally skilled in managing IT Projects, their delivery, and the teams involved.
Managing and developing small to medium sized teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Security, or related domain.
A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Information Technology.
Must have managed Corporate Infrastructure for at least 4 years.
Must have Network Security experience of at least 4 years.
Fluent English language skills are essential to the role. Arabic is an advantage
