We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiter / Waitresses to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality service, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold Salayel Hospitality’s service standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and present menus in a professional manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards
Ensure tables are clean, set, and well-maintained at all times
Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints courteously and efficiently
Upsell menu items, promotions, and special offers
Follow hygiene, safety, and service procedures as per company standards
Process bills and payments accurately
Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements & Qualifications

Previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress in a hotel or restaurant preferred
Knowledge of food & beverage service standards
Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Well-groomed, professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Physically fit to stand for long periods
Hospitality-focused mindset with attention to detail
