Waiter & Waitress Required in Dubai

We are looking for a friendly and professional Waiter / Waitress to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, take accurate orders, serve food and beverages efficiently, and ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat customers in a polite and welcoming manner.

Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly.

Ensure cleanliness of tables and dining areas at all times.

Assist customers with menu recommendations and special requests.

Handle customer complaints professionally and report issues to the supervisor.

Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not mandatory.

Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

Friendly personality and customer-oriented attitude.

Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is an advantage.
