Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in UAE real estate – either with a reputed developer or top-tier brokerage
• Proven track record in managing large sales teams and exceeding targets
• Deep understanding of Dubai’s real estate market trends and buyer behaviors
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
