Urgent Accountant Required in Dubai

The ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with financial data. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll and conducting other tasks related to finance. They should be excellent at recording data and have an ability to product clear financial reports.

Responsibilities

Preparing monthly and annual accounts
Corporate document maintenance
Projecting cost calculations
Liaising with auditors / Vat filings and coordination
Processing employee expenses
Costing for projects
Data gathering/ Ecommerce sales and stock management
Receiving and storing invoices
Using digital systems to keep records and create payments
Preparing and posting journals
Logging daily entries in accordance with accounting policy
Expense Recording
Bill of Material
Receipts & reconciliation with Sales Invoice
Work Order
Payment (General & Supplier)
Warehouse wise Stock Transfer
Bank Reconciliation (Daily & Monthly)
Stock reconciliation with warehouse
Monthly closing entries
Stock reconciliation with manufacturer
Monthly MIS
Stock monitoring
VAT Return
Purchase Order
Account payment reconciliation
Purchase Receipt
Purchase Invoice
Sales Order
Landed cost voucher
Delivery Note
Sales Invoice
Freight and related coordination with imports and Exports.
Sales Return
Payment Gateway reconciliation against Shopify SO
Coordination with Auditors and Audit matters

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
3+ years of experience in related field
Excellent MS Excel capabilities
Regional experience
Excellent command of ERP software
