Urgent ACCOUNTANT - INVOICING Required in Dubai

The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

· Receiving Validating and processing incoming orders through the PDA

· Gathering data and updating status of all invoices generated

· Coordinating with Sales and Finance department to ensure that all documents are submitted on time

· Ensuring proper Invoice numbers, Invoice date & time , Customer name, Invoice amount, Invoice type (cash/credit) Payment terms, Payment due date, Order entry / Invoice generated person's name is accurate

· Collecting all missing documents like LPO’S before proceeding for invoicing

· Processing Sales Return subsequent to approvals from the sales manager

· Preparing and processing Internal branch transfers, GRN`s, sample issues, and customers replacements of items/invoices

· Processing Government orders

· Filling invoices

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
