Unit Manager – Maternity Services - Dubai

Sheikh Khalifa Hospital – Fujairah is looking for a dedicated and experienced Unit Manager to lead its Maternity Services team. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality patient care, mentoring nursing staff, and driving operational excellence within the maternity unit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage daily operations of the Maternity Unit
• Ensure patient-centered care aligns with hospital policies and international standards
• Support, mentor, and develop nursing staff to achieve clinical excellence
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless patient experiences
• Drive continuous improvement, safety, and efficiency within the unit
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred)
• Valid DHA/MOH/DOH license or eligibility
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Proven expertise in maternity or obstetrics care
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
