The position

We’re looking for a Treasury Accountant to build and develop relationships with banking institutions with a view of ensuring long term sustainability of the business.

About you

You have 7+ years’ experience in a similar role. This role is designed for someone who enjoys working at a growing company and you are not afraid to take the initiative in using innovative ideas to deliver results. You have an entrepreneurial and go getter mindset and you definitely are comfortable to work in a fast-paced, yet fun environment. You will be reporting to our Head of Finance.

Your responsibilities

·Prepare monthly financial reports and provide variance analysis on same

·Monitor banking fee’s ensuring accuracy against agreed contracts ensure all internal systems are up to date with latest banking information

·Build and develop relationships with banking institutions with a view of ensuring long term sustainability of the business

·Manage bank account opening process for the Group organizing all relevant documentation and information

·Act as first point of contact for banking queries liaising with other members of Finance to provide appropriate responses in timely manner

·Assist in drafting and implementing agreements supporting all KYC requirements

·Identify new banking partners

·Ensure robust controls and security in place across banking platforms

Requirements

·Minimum 7 years proven experience from a similar position with bank relationship and account set-up tasks.

·Minimum Bachelor Degree – Business Administration with major in Finance and Accounting

·Accounting Qualification & experience in Accounting

·Experience in a compliance role managing KYC

·Experience with E-Commerce companies is good to have

·Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages: proficiency in Microsoft Excel

·Excellent English skills oral and written
