Job Responsibilities:
Handling independently all reservation queries.
Deliver excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries promptly, providing customers with descriptive and persuasive covering emails and itineraries, and being aware of customer experience facilitating good Trustpilot feedback.
Tactfully construct fares that are competitive and hence attractive to the client but also generate margin for the company,
Issue all kinds of tickets with the assistance of senior ticketing agents and supervisors and be able to offer all travel-related products.
Confidently attend to all clients and be able to provide service that results in repeat business.
Proactively provide assistance to Line Manager and colleagues in all departmental business matters whenever called upon.
Confidently attend to all clients and be able to provide service that results in repeat business.
Handle upset customers with courtesy and understanding.
Maintain service standards and operational procedures.
Job Skills and Qualification:
Well-versed with reservation & ticketing procedures, preferably IATA qualified
Proven experience with a minimum of 3 years of successful experience in the same or similar Industry.
Excellent Knowledge of traveling software (computer reservation system, GDS system, and e-travel).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
Exceptional customer service skills.
