Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 3,000 – 3,500 (Based on experience)
Working Days: 6 days/week
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Prime Focus Educational Services is looking for a motivated Telesales & Training Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Dubai. If you're energetic, organized, and have a passion for sales and education coordination, we’d love to hear from you!
Job Description:
• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our educational programs
• ⁠ ⁠Handle inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp professionally
• ⁠ ⁠Schedule and coordinate private training sessions between clients and trainers
• Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and client updates
• Provide administrative support related to scheduling, documentation, and reporting
• ⁠ ⁠Ensure smooth coordination of training programs and monitor client satisfaction
Requirements:
• ⁠Minimum 1 year UAE experience in telesales, admin, or coordination (mandatory)
• ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• ⁠Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and comfortable with CRM tools
