About Sundays
Sundays is a world-class executive assistant service for working parents. We are the first EA service to support parents holistically, understanding that work and life can’t be separated. Our main clients are founders and entrepreneurs who are driving things forward in work and life. We are their right hand and closest partners. Our goal is to help them get the most value from their time at home and work.
At the same time, we’re creating unique career opportunities for extraordinary individuals. Our team is flexible and permanently works remotely. This lets us hire talented and driven individuals where traditional work options are not a good fit. We believe these individuals have been held back from meaningful work and the impact they can create. We’re building a community and team that supports each other to do the best work of our lives.
The Role
We are looking for an extraordinary executive assistant to join our team. This role requires a strong work ethic, perseverance, and continuous learning. Every member of our team has a commitment to excellence, deep pride in the work they do, and a desire to improve every day.
Working with founders: Our main clients are founders. That means that they are building something from scratch and are often in the early stages of learning to build a business themselves. They have a lot going on and may change direction frequently. EAs who work best with founders are equal partners with their clients. EAs support the founders they work with with focus, execution, prioritization, and project planning.
This person will work to support the daily operations of the clients they are matched with
• Proactively Assist the Client: Proactively plan for any situation that your client may face. This includes scheduling conflicts, project management, event planning, day-to-day operations management, and keeping the client's best interests in mind with all tasks.
• Build relationships: Build professional relationships with your clients and the people they work with.
• Email management: Actively manage email communications for the client.
• Scheduling: Set up meetings based on cross-functional availability for both internal and external clients.
• Facilitate executive-level operations: Book travel, submit expense reports, and send communications for the client as needed.
• Research: Complete in-depth research (often in areas that are new to you) to help your client make decisions
• Operations: As our clients build their businesses, we slot in operationally where they need help. This can be marketing, social media, setting up backend tech systems, recruiting, billing, standardizing internal processes, and beyond. We match clients to EAs based on previous experience and/or desire to learn new skills in these areas.
• Family assistance: Help clients’ families, including preparing for birthdays and holidays, researching schools, and scheduling appointments
We strive for open, honest communication with our team. We offer tools and mentors to support you and actively seek feedback on how we can do better
