Telesales Representative Required in Dubai

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have a superior people skill. They must be comfortable presenting products and services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints or customer queries.

Responsibilities

· Contact potential and/or existing customers to inform them about products and services

· Answer questions about products or the company

· Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close deals

· Direct prospects to one of our Nutrition Consultants if required

· Enter and update customer information in the database

· Take and process orders in an accurate manner

· Achieve the sales quota set out by management

Requirements

· Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service roles

· Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota

· Good knowledge of CRM software

· Ability to learn about products and services and describe and explain to prospects

· Excellent knowledge of English

· Proficiency in Arabic is a plus

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both

· Cool tempered and able to handle rejection

· Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

· High school diploma; BSC /BA will be a plus
